The Polaris Executive Team: Proven 3PL Experience
President & Chief Executive Officer
Dan co-founded Polaris Logistics Group in 2013 after 13 years at a large Third Party Logistics company. Dan brings a vast range of experience to Polaris, including the development and expansion of a broad customer and carrier base. He is responsible for developing strategic planning for the organization. He also mentors his entire staff, helping them develop their logistics skills and ensuring that they provide optimal customer service without micromanaging them. Dan is a history buff who loves to take action. A proud resident of Toledo, Ohio, Dan graduated from the University of Toledo in 1998. Dan is active in his church and has raised thousands of dollars for local charities.
Vice President & Chief Operations Officer
Kevin brings years of experience in logistics, supply chain and resource management to Polaris. Kevin has special expertise in negotiating small parcel, LTL, international ground, international air and full truckload freights, helping customers receive the most cost-effective solutions to their logistics needs. He specializes in procurement and materials lifecycle, as well as over-the-road and rail transportation. A great communicator who prides himself on his relationships with customers, Kevin went to Utah State University, and currently based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Mike brings 25 years of experience in both truckload and LTL to Polaris. Mike has been with Polaris since 2015, and his favorite part of the job is being able to manage and coach his team. One of Polaris’ strengths, according to Mike, is that “we are a small company with big company capabilities.” Mike notes that it is our people that make the difference between Polaris and other 3PL’s. Our people care about their jobs and taking care of their customers.
Vice President of Sales
Cyrus brings over 20 years of Logistics experience to Polaris. Cyrus specializes in truckload freight. He got his foot in the door in logistics at a large logistics firm the summer after he graduated from college, and hasn’t left the logistics world since. Cyrus’ favorite part about the industry is the customer service aspect because he loves being able to exceed customer’s expectations. One of Cyrus’ favorite aspects about Polaris is the team dynamic; every person has an effect on the company. Because of this, Polaris’ customer service is “second to none”. A proud Ragin’ Cajun, Cyrus graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
